A:You may cancel your tour and receive a full refund within 24 hours of your scheduled departure time for full-price tickets only. For any tickets purchased below retail rate, all sales are final and no refund will be issued upon cancellation.

B: Tours may be canceled at short notice. If a tour is canceled, paid guests will have the opportunity to either reschedule for the next available date/tour (subject to availability) or receive a full refund.

C:The tour is to be carried out under the business management of Happiest Tour In LA, LLC , with locations in Los Angeles. We shall not be responsible for any inconvenience, loss, damage, injury, accident delay or irregularity which maybe be occasioned by reason or defect or through acts or omissions of any company or person performing or rendering the services other than motor coach transportation described in this brochure. Happiest Tour In LA, LLC reserves all right to cancel or change tours, schedules and prices, to cancel or substitute stops without notice and to use leased equipment when necessary. Bus operators or tour guides are not able to provide special care or attention to guests with individual health or other needs because of their operator tour and safety responsibilities for the entire group, the only contact shall be the motor coach transportation contact ticket issued and delivered to the passenger, and by acceptance of such ticket, the passenger agrees to the terms thereof.
